How long does a typical session last?
A typical session will last anything between 2 ~ 3 hours.
I learnt that some Forest Bathing entities offer online Forest Bathing Therapy sessions. How effective is this?
To get the most out of a typical Forest Bathing Therapy session, we are advocating that all sessions be guided in person.
Additionally, we do not dilute our practice by incorporating other mindfulness practices in our sessions. Please contact us for more information.
